I'd really like to change my name before it becomes impossible, but I'm still a bit unsure whether I should or not. I was thinking of just going as Twist. What do any of you people think?

Getting a name change for the heck of it isn't always the best idea. If you really like your current name, it's probably best to keep it. I think your name choice is fine, you just need to decide what's best for you. Since we aren't sure when we'll offer name changes again, I would advise picking something you would feel more comfortable with instead of something you might regret.
