Well, belive it or not, it's true. I've played the game first hand at GameStop, and have seen these sprites marked elsewhere on the internet as "Naruto Council; GBA/DS"

He downloaded a rom of it and took a whole ton of computer creen shots and got the sprites and I'm not giving them to anyone because thy're extremly hard to do.

Ugh...Electimortar's is going to be hard >_> But after I get his done I'll be taking three more orders then closing it like it is now. It's basiclly going to be a cycle everytime I get three orders done I re-open it.
