Pokemon Need help identifying a symbol on one of my cards

So, I have a Blissey V from chilling reign and it has a symbol I've never seen before. I ordered this card online from skyward fire and it had this symbol.

Would this make the card more valuable/ rare? If anyone knows what symbol this is, it would be appreciated (its above the ability) 20250307_090857.jpg

Yeah, when you participate in League events you get special promotional boosters, all the cards in them have the stamp. You can't buy the packs normally, so some stamped cards can be pretty rare!

Ohhh, i see, thx dude. To think I got this from an online purchase is kinda lucky 😅. So it's essentially a league promo? Got it.

Yeah they're called Prize Packs, it's just now up to 6. Since it's E reg I wouldn't be surprised if this was from Prize Pack 4, maybe 3.

Makes sense, I wonder how much this Blissey V is? Then again.. it's staying in my binder😅 (I'm just curious on how much it could be)
