Help Need Help Identifying Sunkern Card

I hate to say it but this might be a non-legal card. I say this based on the misspelling in the “retreat”, placement of the copy right, inconsistent fonts, in 2016 set symbols were on the bottom left of cards. Sunken was printed in 2016 in comic eclipse. This art work is from hearts of gold printed in 2010. It’s set symbol is in the bottom far right. Also - this is marked as a rare card (star on the bottom right) however, every set printed with sunkern in it has been a common card.
 
Yeah this card is fake, the fonts, spacing and placement are all wrong.
