Hi, I am a competitive player who got wrecked by Decidueye GX / vileplume and I seek revenge. Can this work?

4 Houndoom EX BKT
1 Bunnelby PRC
2 Wobuffet PHF
2 Shaymin EX ROS
7 basic fire energy SUM
4 N FCO
3 Professor Sycamore BKP
2 Lysandre AOR
1 Hex Maniac AOR
1 Team Flare Grunt GEN
1 Team Rocket's Handiwork FCO
4 Ultra Ball FCO
4 VS Seeker ROS
4 Trainers' Mail ROS
4 Max Potion BKP
3 Fighting Fury Belt BKP
1 Float Stone BKT
4 Puzzle Of Time BKP
2 Parallel City BKT
4 Crushing Hammer SUM
2 Enhanced Hammer PRC

Basically mill your opponent until their deck disappears. It is the most consistent deck existing:). Please comment on it and feel free to make any tweaks.Thank you.

And please state your opinion on its Decidueye matchup...

That's a solid troll deck but you've got one glaring weakness against Deciduey decks. I count 27 item cards. Against Deciduey you're deck gets significantly impaired as soon as Vileplume comes out (which is usually on turn 1 or 2). So you need to consider how to respond when you're items get locked. My advice (if you insist on using houndoom/bunnelby) is to add more supporters such as additional hex maniac. This will stop Deciduey attacks for at least one turn, as well as shut down Vileplume's item lock. This allows you to play items such as full heal and vs seeker for that turn. My only other thought is that if you want a Deciduey counter deck, you already have a nice advantage with fire attacks. If you can just get a fire Pokemon that deals 120 or more damage a turn you can 1 shot any grass Pokemon in your way.

Now you just need a solution for Tauros...

I would fit in another hex maniac but there is no space to do so. And Tauros gx is the reason I don't consider a fire type damaging deck like Volcanion. Also, can't Wobuffet sit in the active and block abilities for you anyway?

Not to take this off your deck list or to toot my own horn, but a play on this deck (I dumped super rod and switch for 2 Trainer's Mail, dropped one chaos tower for 1 parallel city which I might take one step further and go 2 parallel + 1 chaos instead, and added a 4th DCE replacing Oranguru #3). I haven't lost to Deciduplume in 25ish games. If you know you are playing Deciduplume, this deck makes life all sorts of miserable for it without forcing you to play Volcanion :)
