Any inputs or suggestions? Still trying to make this work better.

I might drop the AOR and wide lens. They just don't help much in the meta and aren't consistent to pull

Some of my thoughts: it seems slow because you are focusing a lot on disruption rather than your own setup.

To compensate I would say:
+2 Prof Sycamore
-1 Skyla
-1 Team Skull Grunt

Hammers and team flare grunt are plenty for energy disruption and these two supporters seem excessive.

Wide lens also doesn't seem to do much, especially as a one of, hitting for 60 bench instead of 30 doesn't seem like a huge difference and it also take away your ability to add a float stone to an umbreon.

-1 Wide Lens

Trainer's Mail also helps immensely with speed would recommend at least three

+2 Trainer's Mail
-1 Nest Ball (only needed for Tauros/Oranguru, just use Ultra)
-1 something? Test last spot but would recommend three mails
