I am trying to start a new game in pokemon black version but when I start a new game it won't let me save at all, what do I do, and what am I donig wrong, or do I need to delete my old file somehow for me to save the new game i started. Please help because I cant read japanese.

Hold up, select, and b at the same time at the title screen. A box will pop up asking if you want to delete your current save file. It will give you two options. The first option says yes and the second one says no. Choose the first one and that will delete your game. Hope this helped!
