This is a cool find! The guy speaking looks like the leader, or team plasma and he has a big furry coat, looks like some russian mob boss or something lol
its something about storytelling and pokemon and lets listen. I think its like "Storytelling is to let your Pokemon something something" and then maybe something about audio or hearing or speaking...

That leader kind of looks like the guy who was crowning the other guy.So,I would assume he is the leader(the one crowning)
I'm sick of people saying that it's defiantly N's father it isn't confirmed but nice find i think it's suss that N's in the crowd.
