New Cards and Illustration Rares Revealed from “Mask of Change!”

Several new cards have just been revealed from SV6 Mask of Change! The set will release in Japan on April 26th. It should then combine with March’s Crimson Haze to form our Twilight Masquerade set in May.

Tatsugiri looks like another H-on win, a weaker version of Jirachi that doesn't give you absolutely everything you need, but helps your Supporters be more consistent. Not a shoe-in for every deck in the format, but it might find some use here and there, especially in homebrews.
Also, it being an Uncommon is great.

That Tatsugiri is so good I think even Lost Zone stuff may want to run a copy just to look for Colresses. With Emergency Board also existing this seems to be on track to the classic Stellar Wish gaming of Sun and Moon.

Tatsugiri is a super hype card, it’s not every day this sort of effect is printed. Conk will be a funny meme deck. The IRs are all exquisite and art is amazing as seems to be the standard since the F block, especially that Munkidori, which has to be one of my favorite card designs in the entire SV era (and that says a lot)

That Clefable can be a lot of fun as a 1 of in the Moon Party Clefairy deck.

Also between this Tatsugiri and that Drakloak we saw earlier, Dragon is getting the much needed support Pokemon it was desperate for in GLC.

This threw me off as well. It would be rather strange to me if they gave a billion AR/SARs to the dlc loyal 3 and ogerpon (in b2b sets no less) when very few main game pokemon have received multiple AR/SARs
