Nice find! I have an odd feeling that they have some connection to N, but that doesn't necessarily mean that they're bad, but they're watching the old man place the crown on his head. Just an idea.

does that guy look like N too you? no for me. it looks like N's father. so maybe N betrayed his father and ran away to help the pokemon. but then his father made a company AKA Team Plasma. i guess

Lolwut? I'm nearly positive that's a girl. But yes, either they are just bystanders watching the crowning, or related to N (a definite possibility).
 
Well the first photo before this new clear one was shown made the one on the left look like a boy. I don't think it's related to N.
