New D&P rules: for better or for worse?

I absolutely love the new rules. Having basic darkness and metal energies is great, I can now make a darkness deck without struggling to find the right energies. I guess letting you draw when you are going first knocks out the fact you cannot use trainers. And the best of all, I think is the Pokemon X. It gives a new surprise to everyones deck other than evolution, and your Pokemon which can only be basic have more use to them.
