New English ORAS Trailer [9/12]

Eruption has the advantage of hitting both opponents and not your ally in double battles. Heat Wave does the same, but the accuracy can cause trouble if you're unlucky. In a Trick Room team for double battles it would be a nice first hit (before it takes damage). Lava Plume would be nice if combined with a Pokémon that has Flash Fire.

Actually those are all in-game characters. I think its gonna be like gen 4 or 5 where you could choose to be a specific trainer class. So this kinda confirms that character customization won't be returning for ORAS (and I hope I'm wrong).

If they just added it in X/Y and people liked it, why should they just remove it?
I think they will keep it.

Alex020295: Mega Sharpedo and Mega Camerupt are mascots of Team Aqua and Team Magma respectively. It's only natural for them to be designed with the team "logos", even if I disagree with that.
Btw., can you imagine the power of Eruption now? It'd be rreally HUGE! I'm hoping in Mega Wailord now...

Eurption 150P

Lava Plume 120P
Flamethrower 135P
Heat Wave 143P
Fire Blast 165P

the accuracy goes down though, but Eruption still needs it to have full HP to be stronger than Flamethrower/Lava Plume...which should be hard to pull off.

Seeing hijumpkick and leaf blade on loppuny and shiftry I hope they revamp movepools and maybe tm compatibility and give it tbolt and other stuff.

Omg I didn't notice Leaf Blade on Shiftry. Finally!!!!
Just bred myself a Seedot for my ORAS playthrough yesterday with a focus on it's physical attack :DDD

Now they need to bring back Knock Off and Sucker Punch as move tutors and it's fine again xD

All of the move tutors in gen V + defog sucker punch and maybe sticky web

I have said this about like 50 different pokemon game features at this point.

After playing SoulSilver, I was baffled that out-of-ball Pokémon, ball capsules, and cool safari zones never made an appearance in any of the later games. But I agree that trainer customization is definitely something fans have been asking for for a long time and that they would remove it is a terrible move.

It could be something they plan to continue doing in newer generations, but left out in the remakes to make is more similar to the original games.

anyone who would be disapppointed that they "took it out", would be just as disappointed if they did include it but it was merely a copy&paste of that feature from the past game. In other words, it would have to include new stuff for it to matter, and new stuff means more work needed. So they either do it professionally or not at all, rather than the middle which is half the work for none of the profit in a way.

I wonder which Mega-Evolvable we'll meet in the demo...!

If the demo is played somewhere around Mossdeep City...

and have something to do with the space rocket there...

... could it be Deoxys?

Hmm, Mega Deoxys? Sounds cool!

I don't think they will reveal another mega legendary especially since they have yet to reveal mega l@tios. I really hope for mega flygon since the site is hinting on a very likeable pokemon but I have a strong feeling that we will get mega l@tias.
I quote :"During the course of this adventure, you’ll be surprised to encounter familiar Pokémon that can now Mega Evolve!"

I didn't get to see these leaks right off, so I only saw them a few days later.
And I have to say those new abilties Groudon and Kyogre have....well....

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

ALL IS LOST

IT'S ALL OVER

Considering the fact that Deoxys already have 4 forms it would be really not fair to give this mon a Mega evolution + its kind of illogical IMO

Actually, I'd be happy with that. I'd wear the same outfit I wore in X, which I really liked. But I'm fine with it not being in ORAS too.

I was actually already hoping we would finally be able to travel to space to catch Jirachi in-game. In the original game they mentioned launch, but it never happened. There were a lot of rumours spreading about how to go to space in the original games, but they were all false. I would like it if they actually included that in the game, but I don't want to get my hopes up too much.

Could there be a Mega Jirachi? It actually makes a lot of sense, being a weak Pokemon needing a boost ;)

I've always opposed the popular idea of going into space in pokemon...mostly because that's a subject I really like, and I don't see gamefreak doing it "right" in a sense xDD

Let them send a satelite up that enables something, or idk, but the player going up (and coming back down!) just like that? It's too extreme to be just a cheesy sidequest IMO :B

Yeah, Mega Jirachi sounds even cooler than Mega Deoxys! :p
