Ive had them for a while. They were a gift from the holidays from a friend. No idea where he bought them but havent touched them in a while.

it would be 5 since a regular envelope cant hold the packs and id have to use a bigger one and the price of international shipping on decently sized envelopes starts around 3-4 dollars + the envelopes cost at least 1-2 dollars.
