That would be a pretty interesting thing to see, maybe a stadium card that reads "when this stadium is in play ignore all effects from attacks of yours and your opponents pokemon except damage." It would cancel out things like Seismitoad's item lock, Machamp's damage reduction, Gengar/Donphan from retreating to the bench, any status conditions that would occur, etc etc.
In the mean time though they need to make a supporter to fill the roll of rare candy in order to give stage 2 decks a chance against the item lock.
