Modified format doesn't change with each new set. After Power Keepers comes out, it'll still be DX and on. Once Diamond and Pearl release, it will STILL be DX and on. Modified format won't change until AFTER Worlds in August. My predictions for the new modified will be DS and on, but we'll see.

Yes, we are nearly 100% sure that the new format after worlds will be DS on, as 3 will be rotated out, as usual.
