New Paradox Pokemon and Evolutions Revealed for Scarlet & Violet DLC!

A new trailer was just revealed for The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero during today’s Pokemon Direct!
Two new new Paradox Pokemon were revealed named Raging Bolt, based on Raikou, and Iron Crown, based on Cobalion.
Applin will receive a new “candy apple” evolution named Dipplin while Duraludon will get a new evolution named Archaludon.
While not confirmed, Ogerpon appears to have some sort of new form — or maybe it’s just glowing.

I am SHOCKED that Duraludon is receiving an evolution. I always thought he needed one, so this is incredible. Hoping Archaludon gets a sick card down the road. Is game freak gen 8 pandering?

It's so jarring seeing a Duraludon evolution after how much play Duraludon VMAX has seen in the TCG. I suppose it's not that different from how Scyther was in the TCG, dominant in gen 1, but got an evolution in gen 2.

People always forget that this is not Raikou. Neither of the Paradox is “another form” of said Pokemon, it’s just based on the design to fuel the lore of the games and make us buy the stuff.

I actually don't hate Raikou, It could've used more detail, but I like that its mane is a cloud around its head, and that it resembles a 'thunder lizard' type of dinosaur.
