The English Pokemon Centers have released a new “Special Delivery Box” for $49.99.
Each comes with 10 randomly inserted items, including a figure, two plush, a 3-pack pin set, a hat, a set of 65 card sleeves, and four booster packs. You won’t know which item you’ll receive.

If they were to do a Booster Pack only Mystery Box, which I presume will use MSRP pricing, then it's game time for all the mystery packers.
This makes you wonder though, will TPCi ever get into rip & ships?!
 
The target demo for this doesn't seem to be hardcore Pokémon fans, but rather the friends/family of said fans with limited franchise knowledge to get as a gift. It's pretty fine in that context, but anyone who's shopping for themselves should probably just get what they want to get.

Plush - $18 x 2 = $36.00
Hat - $25
Sleeves - $8
Boosters - $20 (Generously, really probably like $12)

Total: $!23

Thats not a bad deal if you actually want one of each items.

Only Japan gets the cool promos that end up becoming worth big money. International gets the leftovers.
 
Reminds me when MLP CCG had this in Tins covered in gold foil wrapping and the packs inside had a very good chance to be God packs with many holos. You didnt know what youd get in the tins besides the packs but it was 50$ well spent in 2017-19

The reason why their promos are big money is because they're very limited. Most international promos are printed to oblivion.
