I wonder why we won't transfer XY/ORAS pokemon with PokeBank? Are we able to use Pokemon in Sun/Moon in XY/ORAS (excluding new ones, duh)

Usually it's only a one way transfer system between generations (with the earlier gen's Pokemon being permanently transferred to the next gen's game)
The only exception to this was between Gen 1 and 2 (and anything being sent to R/B/Y from G/S/C couldn't have any new moves or be a new Pokemon etc)
