New Rule For Threads

I think that people who make a thread should be allowed to maintain order in the thread and therefore be allowed to mini-mod in their own threads.

That is just a dumb rule , people would start spamming all the time while mini-modding and what not.
If the mods think someone should have mod power they will give mod power to that person.

Unfortunately, a lot of people will tend to flame while mini-modding. And that will give Trade Council members less of a job. Mini-modding won't enable us to hand out warnings as we are not notified of the offence.
