new theme decks

I do not know the contents of the theme decks, however I can confirm that Buffer Piece is not in them, neither was Buffer Piece included in SV. You'll have to wait until Platinum: Arceus to get your hands on Buffer Piece.

No, definitely not for Fall BRs. If it's reprinted in Arceus (which is likely), you'll be able to use it for Cities...

Unfortunately not. For whatever reason, TPCi couldn't leave out ONE of the crud cards to make room for Buffer Piece. It's a shame, considering Buffer Piece could have been usable, unlike Arcanine or Rosearde.

My thinking is that they delayed it to be with three other tools in PA. (Platinum: Arceus) Still, IMO that isn't a very good reason.
