I am John Glover. Obviously this is not my real name but it shared the initials of my real name if you wish to know.

It has come to my attention recently that the Starter Evolutions of Tsutarja, Pokabu, and Mijumaru have made their appearance online and I can indeed confirm, despite the "proof" given against them, that they are indeed real, although they will look slightly different once you see their sprites due to the difference in poses and mediums. In fact, I am quite certain most people here will like them or, at least, find them tolerable to the best of their abilities.

Furthermore, I can also confirm that the rumored number of 156 new Pokemon is true and, in line with what Masuda has stated, they are all new Pokemon...there are no evolutions hidden away this time, all 156 are standalone from previous Pokemon. However, including Victini and Zorua/Zoroark, six of these are unable to be obtained via normal game play without the use of an event.

And now for new information I present to you the overall type count of the new Pokemon, including the Pokemon with multiple forms that have dynamic types...I don't count the type twice if the form has it in both instances, only if the form changed type.

Grass: 20
Water: 26
Fire: 17
Electric: 11
Psychic: 15
Ice: 10
Dragon: 12
Dark: 15
Normal: 22
Fighting: 13
Flying: 18
Poison: 14
Ground: 15
Rock: 12
Bug: 13
Ghost: 10
Steel: 11

Also, for proof, although it won't come till the end of the week, I can also give you the names of the Pokemon to be revealed by the end of this week in CoroCoro. They are Yanappu, Baoppu, Hiyappu, Emonga, Basurao, Tabunne, Darumakka, Shiidomi, Uzutako, Sebekuro, and Takuootu.

I emphasized the last 4 pokemon names because they were new to us. If anyone knows Japanese, please translate those names to the best of your abilities.

Keep in mind that the number of types is not every pokemon with one type. It counts pokemon with dual typing twice. So a Fire/Dark would be 1 for fire and 1 for dark.

I am not claiming this information as my own, I am only showing it to you guys to see what you think of it and to also see if you can translate the last four names.

How is that not believable? They want to start fresh and that would be a great way to start fresh.

They are opening the franchise again to new people. If they reference the past, like having new evolutions for old pokemon, then it would feel weird for new players to come in and it wouldn't be a complete refresh.

So urr saying no pre evos or new evos of past gen. Pokémon?

If this is real that means the possibly fake english info is fake because in the english info it said Luvdisc evolves into Mamabou one you two is right.

Once we find out the meaning of the 4 emphasized pokemon names and the CoroCoro we will know for sure which is real.
 
Or 3 or more days that's when we should expect corocoro leaks, maybe that's what that guy will reveal on Pokemon sunday.

I don't think that CoroCoro is going to leak a week early, unless it comes out on the 11th this time.
 
What it's coming out on the 15th and it's the 6th it always leaks like 5 days early so it should start to probably leak in 3-4 days.
 
Or perhaps neither is correct. I have serious trouble believing this. The numbers just do not feel right. This is more believable than the other garbage that we've had posted. I have trouble believing that the fishy thing is NOT luvdisc's evo. And once again, 12 dragon types is hard to believe. We had 6 dragon types in 4th gen, 9 in 3rd, 1 in 2nd, and 3 in 1st. 12 means we probably have our 3 box art mon, 3 full stage 2 lines of dragon mon, and a few random legendaries. THAT is hard to believe.
 
may i ask how u know this or is it a secret? xD if this real im not buying anymore pokemon games and your getting 100 dollards xD

Like Zero stated, why would we ever have that many Dragon-types in a region?
There's so many other things to point out about this, but I already know my post will be ignored, so whatevs. X_X
 
I dont really believe this either. I wasn't the one that posted it on GameFAQS. I just posted it here to see what you guys would think.

Since he counted dual typed pokemon it would have to contain around 60-70 dual typed pokemon for it to be correct. That would be pretty damn crazy, but it would make sense for Game Freak to do it. They probably want to get as many new type combos as they possibly can. They probably also want to bump up the numbers of the different types of pokemon so that there are a fair amount of pokemon to be used.

The average number for each type is barely under 15. That would probably be the best diversity in Pokemon thus far. Too bad types like Ghost are still low in number.
 
^Well there's an inconsistent comment. If there are about 15 per type, how does that work for Ghost and Ice, etc? Inconsistent comments like this are often how you find a fake.

There's only one thing that makes this less likely to be true. It's about the phrase where it states that there won't be any relations to past Pokemon. Although this could still mean there won't be any past Pokemon before the League, this is still a little bit too direct to mean that.

And to be honest.. Luvdisc not being related to Mamanbou makes it seem pretty much fake. I know there are people thinking different. But be honest.. GameFreak would never make two Pokemon so similair..
