Next Destinies Sold Out?

So in my area Next Destinies is sold out everywhere except for the Mewtwo Collection Boxes which contains 3 packs of the new set per box. I even asked my local retailer to see when the 2nd print run of the set will be available and she told me she didn't know yet. Wal-Mart, Toys R Us, and Target are most likely sold out of Next Destinies blister packs.

I knew people were buying boxes for the EX's alone possibly so it probably shouldn't surprise me how it sold out quick. So is the set sold out in areas where you guys live too? I was planning on buying more packs to try to pull a Mewtwo EX after I bought one from a friend of mine for $70 which was worth it at the time.

I know what you're going to say, If you're going to buy another box just to try to pull a Mewtwo EX then why not buy one on eBay for $70? Well you see I order cards online through my sister's eBay account and my parents usually don't help me buy cards that are over $30-40 a piece unless If it's for Christmas or something of that nature.

So yeah, hope to get a 2nd Mewtwo EX...
 
I haven't seen any in my area yet, my friends have been switching off going to Walmart. Nothing!

Maybe it's because they are sold out, I am not sure.
 
Im my town, whitch is a small town they still have Next Destinies packs lol. Are people really buying them up that fast everywhere else?
 
They are very difficult to find in my area as well and I've checked several well-stocked stores. :p
 
i went to my closest target a few days ago and they only had about 5 packs of ND left, and my friend bought 3 of them :p
 
I went to a card shop on Thursday and they opened up their second box. I came back on Monday and more than half the box was empty and they even increased the price of the packs. So I guess it might be getting popular here but then again, the TRU is a swimming pool filled with mewtwo boxes and blister packs.
 
Went to a target and there were no packs of ND. They said they weren't going to have them in stock. I then went to a different target which had plenty of packs but no mewtwo boxes
 
Here in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles, most of the stores still have Next Destinies packs, but there aren't many left. There are a few that have clearly been tampered with (with the cardboard packaging ripped and the packs opened), so I'm going to declare those as stolen. I think they just restock them quickly though.

On the flip side, the V for Victini tins and Mewtwo boxes are only found at Wal•Mart here. At the local Toys R Us stores and Targets, the only ones they have are the Reshiram/Zekrom boxes and tins, the Snivy/Tepig/Oshawott boxes and tins, and the Raikou/Entei/Suicune tins. The local card shops and hobby shops have a bigger variety, but they cost more.
 
My local Wal-Mart had 1 pack left, which I bought. And then I went to a Wal-Mart a little bit away from where I live and it had TONS of ND packs.

EDIT: I assume that the second print run of ND isn't until the week before or the week after States (March 17th, where I live). My league leader told me that she won't have any more packs until States.
 
I work at a card store, and we had 6 boxes that just ran out today. I tried ordering more and it said they were temporarily out of stock, so it seems the packs that are currently in store are the last of them for now.
 
Any idea when the next shipment of booster boxes for the set will be released? When was the last time an expansion in the Pokemon TCG sold out in stores? Was it in one of the Diamond/Pearl sets? Platinum? Maybe Triumphant from the HeartGold/SoulSilver block.
 
Hmm Pokemon is usually really good with promptly restocking (they like monies), so it shouldn't be more than a week or two. Besides, the dragon EX tins come out in about a month so they should have some more around that time at the latest.

Last time I saw it happen here was with Platinum. It was ridiculous. Most stores had none or only one left. I'm seeing some of it with Next Destinies, but it's not close to the sold-out-ness I saw with Platinum.
 
Yeah. I have seen the same thing in my area

Here had about 15 Booster Boxes at first but every Booster Sold out in few days
and few days ago we got few Boxes more and they were sold out in 2 days

Of course me and my brother ordered 3 Booster Boxes before they got sold out
I think people buy ND Booster Boxes that quikly because they want Mewtwo EX that badly (Even I want Mewtwo EX´s badly)

Now I have opened only 1 Booster Box and I didn´t get any Mewtwo EX from it
I hope I get 1 or 2 when I get those my 2 Booster Boxes I ordered
 
I see plenty of Next Destinies single packs at work, but none of the three-pack blisters that have the Riolu and Luxio promos, either in stores on online. Where are they all hiding? :(

Can't find 'em anywhere either. I want that cute little Riolu card.
