To answer the original question of this thread (drawpower), I think starters like Jirachi RR or Spiritomb AR will become standard, and decks with high energy counts might run Electrode Prime + Twins for energy attachment and search, but that's more of a tech than a real engine.

We just revert back to how people played in early EX; run 15 Supporters that draw cards, and about 2 that search. As said above, we play 5-6 starters, too. Then some energy, and the other 10 cards are Pokemon that do damage.

...wut. The season has barely started, and we're already talking about next rotation? We can't say, the metagame will change completely by the time Uxie is rotated. To avoid spam, Dodrio or something.
Guys, guys, guys. The rotation isn't coming for another 9 months. Between now and then we will probably have at least 3 (if not 4 or 5) new sets given to us. Just adapt and play the game with what you are given.
It is far too early to tell, at this point in time, how we will get sufficient draw power, or if we will get a replacement.

What is the point of discussing the new draw power if we don't even know what will be rotated? It will most likely be 4 PONT and maybe that new Professor Araagi supporter. I know that the original version of it (Professor Oak) was big back in base set. And I think Pokemon Communication will be a bigger card than it is now (the orginal- Pokemon Trader- was also huge back in the day.
