I think that mewtwo will be a bit targeted though in my opinion, so I am probably going to make a rogue deck or Six Corners.

Mewtwo will be the biggest target in the format. Almost everyone who has a Mewtwo will tech it in. Six Corners will work, but it will be harder to play than ever.

6 Corners hard to play at a time like this? I think not.

I've been playtesting with it loads lately, and with Prism Energy added to its arsenal, it's better than ever. Plus, if you play Cobalion in 6 Corners, you won't have a hard time with Mewtwo at all (That's the reason that so many of the original Japanese builds played it in both 6 Corners and CaKE). Along with the Cobalion, if you play Terrakion to counter Magnezone and Zekrom, why can't 6 Corners be the new Tier 1?

6 Corners has a really bad early game because of the strain of Energy. You'll likely be using Double Draw with Virizion, so you're already sacrificing one Energy. Then, you have to make sure you have enough Energy for one attacker to use, and if that attacker is KO'd, you'll spend even more time charging up another attacker. That's the main problem with 6 Corners; energy drought. Next Destinies is making it even harder for 6 Corners to get a decent set up, which is why it is so difficult to play in this format.

Then again, how early you set up and how consistent your list is really depends on what you're playing. What energy line do you play in your list? I play 4 DCE/4 Rainbow/4 Prism and it works excellently - I have no problems setting up.

There's 2 main problems you might be forgetting.

1) Lost Remover bites.

2) Catcher KOs are common, and Mewtwo makes it harder for you to keep up. You play a DCE on one of your Pokemon, while Mewtwo Catchers that Pokemon and uses that DCE to fuel its attack.

I'm no expert on 6 Corners, but I'm positive that the main problem 6 Corners experiences is a strain on Energy early-game.

1) Only Durant really plays Lost Remover. What if there is little to no Durant in your metagame?

2) If they do Catcher+KO you, you can just bring up your revenge killer - Terrakion or Bouffalant, and kill them for the win.

In my opinion, the only decks that 6 Corners really struggles against are Durant and decks with Trainer Lock like The Truth.

That's not true. Many decks now play LR because of the rise of Mewtwo EX. Always assume your opponent will play one next turn.

It's absolutely true. Plus, even if they do, they're not going to be playing 3 or 4 copies (If they do, they will have consistency issues)! They're probably going to be playing 1 or rarely 2 copies if they do decide to play it, which is very unlikely. And once they do play their Lost Remover, you can just attach another energy- you're running 12 of them! Also, you're going to be playing Shaymin in 6 Corners along with 2 or 3 Super Scoop Ups and 4 Junk Arms, so you don't need to attach a lot of energy at all.

1) Can't help but disagree. You just wait for Lost Remover to pop up everywhere.

2) Oh, so if I'm running Mewtwo EX, you're saying Terrakion/Bouffalant is capable of revenge KO'ing it? Sure, you get an advantage when playing Zekrom and Magnezone, but the EX Pokemon will give you no mercy.

Yes, but the chances of people getting more than one Mewtwo (especially in Seniors- my division) are extremely low. Look at the price, and then look at how many got them at your Prerelease. Yep.

And those who do will win?
You can't just assume everyone has only 1 Mewtwo-EX. Chances are there will be MTC in your meta.
