Nidoqueen from Rising Rivals (#30), 5/4/2010

sorry its off topic i just wanted to say WOW u have many sucess and Good Luck in the future

1.) Eh. It's not that great on its own. To be honest, I love the one Energy for 40, but Pokemon like Luxray GL LV.X can do it for 60. Ruthless Tail is a decent attack, but kind of expensive. Nonetheless, a nice back-up attacker to have.

2.) The Body is what really makes this card shine. Continuously healing your damaged Pokemon will ensure that bulky Pokemon such as Tyranitar Prime stay alive as long as possible. Mother Gengar utilized Nidoqueen pretty well, also.

3.) Combos? Well, just tech a 2-1-2 line in any deck that has tons of HP. Flygon can take hits while healing, and Gengar, as mentioned before, used Nidoqueen as healing support.

4.) Definitely a 4/5. This card's potential has seen lots of play, and will continue to do so throughout the format.

5. I think it's alright. Nothing too special.

1. How does the card stand on its own? Is it good, bad, or have potential? Is it worth being played?
Well, on it's own it sucks. If you use it with other cards it's good. It is definitely worth being played in the right deck.

2. What popular metagame decks is it used in?
I don't really know, Donphan was supposed to use it, but it doesn't. Cursegar sometimes uses it. Flygon uses it, but that deck sucks anyway.

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
You can use it to heal damage with its body. It can be used to tank some Pokemon.

4. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
It's like 2/5, compared to other Nidoqueen in the past this one sucks.

5. How's the artwork?
STELLA!!!
