Strategy:

I wanted to make a standard Bee deck, but didn't find partner for it that I really liked. So I tried it with night march, and it works quite nicely. This largely based off the flareon/night march deck from last season. Having 2 targets for ace in the hole is always helpful. The Octillary is good because Abyssal Hand can be very helpful in many scenarios to get more cards in hand. The Empoleon with its ability to add 20 more damage to joltik has really made for some great math. With it in play and a band thats +40 damage. Even shaymin can sky return for 70 in some cases.

Any suggestions for this deck? Think of throwing in puzzle of time.

Your deck looks great except for a few things.

You need to determine how much you really want that Octillery and Empoleon. 1 Archie's is not enough to pull it off consistently. Neither are the One-Ofs of Octillery and Emploleon. You could very easily cut those cards to add more consistency to the deck.

Also, have you considered dropping your Bees line down to help add more cards, 4-4 is A LOT and you'll more often than not have those cards as dead cards in your hand.

Another great pairing to consider is the new Flareon. It can give you the ability to Blacksmith onto a Vespiqueen and completely avoid the DCE. I think the Flareon line would be a great replacement for your Water Types, and if you drop the 4-4 line of Bees to a 2-2, you could focus on putting in cards that will help your bad matchups.

Also, Unown AOR is a great utility to use, why only two? I would up it to Four. That way you're guaranteed to have one when you need it, whether it be to to just keep on the bench, or to play and discard immediately to feed your Bee Revenge.

Oh, and a Misty's Determination might be considered, it could be a great utility card for this type of deck.

Have you looked at Andrew Mahone's DL for this? It's similar but he has 4 unknowns, 3 Shaymin EX and no octillery or empoleon. He does have 4 puzzels in his as well which is nice to have since he only runs 4 DCE. Only running 4 DCE you'll need puzzels because you're to assume your Joltik or Queen is going to get OHKO'd so the prizes dont line up perfectly if you're going against another night march deck or just a deck in general that runs no EX's. I thought about adding a target whistle into the deck list only because if they don't run EX's other than Shaymin, you're in trouble.

With your decklist you'll be ok without the puzzels because you have other energy you can attach. That's good on 2 fronts. One: hammers, Xerosic or Grunts wont completely end the game for you because you have backups. Two: Nothing to be scared of running against an Aegislash EX. Not running Hex will allow you to still attack it with your basic energies. I do however worry if you'll have enough pokemon in your discard pile to make Queen as effective as you may like. So we'll say you discard lampents and punkaboo's, that's 8, two more unknowns for 10. That's only 120 dmg from Queen without throwing some of your Joltik's and/or shaymin's, octillery and Empoleon into the discard pile as well. You can always get some KO's with Joltik and allow him to be KO'd himself to give you some more in the dicard pile, but I would drop the Empoleon and Octillery for 2 more unknowns that will give you cards plus the extra damage you'll need for Queen. That being said you could then drop the Acro Bikes and Trainers' Mail for 4 Puzzel of Time and drop the Archie's for a Hex, Target Whistle or Judge. I've found using this deck Judge has saved me a time or two to give my deck some extra turns when I'm running low on drawing cards. Just for those longer than normal games that have drug on and you're running out of cards.

I'd be careful dropping your bee's line down. Without running a town map you run the risk of prizing 2 of either combee or queen and basically making that card useless. Also, it's nice to have the additional bee's and queens you dont use to be able to discard them for more damage for queen.

I like the new Flareon, but I do not like it in this deck. In a deck that is designed to discard pokemon to utilize an attack, I fear using an EX for attacks will throw off the prize card race. The advantage you have with Shaymin is if you need to get rid of it you can always attack with it to pull it and the energy attached to it back into your hand. Flareon isn't so lucky.

Misty's is a viable option, but I would see that as more of a late game pinch situation when/if you're forced to dig for a puzzel or energy.

I may drop 2 queens and combees making it 3-3 for 2 more unowns. 1 archie and 1 of each water pokemon may seem slim, but you'd be surprised on how many times I've gotten at least 1 out in play. The octillery helps A LOT with card draw. The empoleon is also very helpful in the sense that I can boost up the damage a bit. I've even got both out in a single game. I tried Mistys once, and it didn't really do much for me. Most turns I'm playing sycamore or lysandre.
