I made this deck with the cards I own please let me know if there should be a modification to the deck. This is a deck that people will dislike mostly because of Lyconroc GX ability which is like a lysandre and that almost every deck is weak to fight now and the fact that Absols doom news attack is a one kill unless your opponent plays Pokémon Ranger and the decks weakness is Greninja Break
other wise it's good.

Do you own any more VS. Seeker? For starters, it would be a good idea to run more of those. If not, Random Receiver is typically a good replacement card.

Since Lycanroc GX is the main strategy, you could replace Lysandre and a couple other things for Devolution Spray to spam the ability.

If you're only running 3 dark energy, you REALLY want some Professor's Letter in there so you can search for the exact energy you need for Absol.

If you're running Strong Energy, you might as well run a full set if you can. The more likely you are to get that extra damage output the better. Would be a suitable replacement for Kukui because then you're not using your supporter slot for the damage.

To make the deck flow a little better between Absol and your other Pokemon, you could use Zoroark from BREAKthrough. He can use Stand In to make himself to active, then use float stone to switch to something else. This way Absol isn't left defenseless and you have a backup plan to deal with status conditions. Zoroark also makes a great backup attacker because he only needs a double colorless to function and forces the opponent to be careful with how they use their bench space.

These are just a few suggestions based on what I noticed from your deck comp. I understand what you're attempting and it's an interesting idea! It just needs to be a little more streamlined and focused to play better. I don't think you can really make this deck work stronger on Bulu though unless you run Weakless Policy because he has a type advantage.

While it's true that Lycanroc acts as Lysandre, it may be better to have Lysandre himself when you don't have Lycanroc in your hand.

I run girintina to shut down break abiltys and it's previous evolution to stop greninja break so how would I do stand in

It really depends on if he's got more VS Seeker to use. If he can run 4, I absolutely agree and in which case, I think midday Lycanroc is a much better idea.
If he doesn't have more, he should toss VS Seeker all together for Random Receiver and toss Kukui and Lysandre to make the card more consistent.
The reason it would work better to use Devolution Spray in that case is because it's an item card rather than a Supporter, so that lets him make room for a slot to use for draw power. He can use Sycamore, N, or Ultra Ball to attempt to get Lycanroc anyways. However, on second thought, I take back my suggestion to toss one of the GX. The more he has, the more likely he can draw it.

I think what I'm gonna do with bulu is trashlancge garbodor to just get some good hits because my dad plays bulu and he said it runs around 17 items so I could get a good hit on bulu

I don't really want to do any more vs seekers because they r going out of set like lysandre so really Lyconroc is the new lysandre

I'm not a starter besides u don't really need vs seekers in this deck

I wasn't calling you a starter :p Was simply saying that's where I would start when it comes to tweeking the deck. if you feel it doesn't need VS Seeker at all, toss the one and find a way to fit in some Random Receivers. You want to make it easy to find your hand refreshers.

Stand In is an ability that lets you force Zoroark to be the active at anytime; however, it does not count as your switch for that turn. So if you have Float Stone on Zoroark, you can switch to literally anything for free at any time. So it's handy to have especially since Absol is left there doing nothing after using Doom News and you don't need to be nearly as reliant on finding all your float stones. Absolutely keep the Giratina if you're having trouble with BREAKS though. He's a one off anyways he isn't an issue to fit in. If anything, I'd say toss Oranguru because you don't have a lot of stuff you can throw away to constantly keep yourself below 3 cards anyways.

I wouldn't run Trashalanche in this deck in particular because you already have your energy split down 2 ways. You want to keep this as streamlined as you can. If you want to use Trashalanche, you want to make a separate deck focused on Psychics.

Now I do like the devolution spray idea because to get rid of vikavolt and any other cards that I need to

Devolution Spray only works on yourself. In Burning Shadows, however, Porygon Z works like a Devolution Spray for all your opponent's Pokemon. This can be a fun way to get early KOs by dealing enough damage to KO the base form rather than the evolution and then devolving them. I don't think it would fit well in your current deck, however.

This is personally how i'd run it given all the suggestions I made. I hope it helps! Feel free to ask me about any changes I made, or tell me if you don't own some of the cards. I mostly tossed Field Blower because it was hard to make room for everything that would help strengthen this deck, and since you like stadiums out with Zygarde, I felt it was the easiest thing to replace.
