But since you obviously want my thoughts about it:
1. Ninetales is not only flippy, you're using it to charge a Pokemon that can't employ it's fire energies to unlimited potential (like Magmortar).
2. TS1 is a joke; just exactly how many turns of setup do you expect I'll let you have?
3. Galactic's HQ? Beautifly doesn't even have 130 hp if memory serves.
4. Call energy is also a joke; call away. You're wasting a turn of a slow setup.
5. You only run 3 Roseanne's and 4 Grass Energies. I'm going to laugh when I destroy your main attacker, leaving you scrambling to get another usable energy.
I'll say this only one more time (and don't get surprised that I'll ignore you if you fail to follow this), PM me if you want to argue me over this.
Anyway, I believe Heatran should be used with Ninetales if you're running some sort of type of fire deck.
Vulpix is great for infernape because you can use it for draw power like the old energy draw delcatty. So while you're at it you may as well throw in a ninetales or two
I played Ninetales as a starter for my Blissey deck. I focused mainly on the Vulpix start, and from there you just use the Ninetales as an extra charger/attacker.
