That is called Reverse Holo. It means that, at least for the EX sets, that it has the set logo in the right hand corner, has gold lettering for the Name and HP, and the rarity star is golden. Since there is only a Reverse Holo card in each Booster Pack, Reverse Holo cards are slightly rarer that there normal counter part.
In Diamond and Pearl on, reverse holo cards simply have the the entire card except for the picture shiny.

There is nothing to worry about it's just that it is worth more money.
