BW/BW2 No Shiny Rayquaza Wi-Fi Event for U.S. and Europe?

Recently Japan was able to download a Shiny Rayquaza as a Wi-Fi Event in Black and White based on the Nintendo DS game Nobunaga's Ambition otherwise known in the U.S. and Europe as Pokemon Conquest. Pokemon Conquest has been in the U.S. for awhile now but we haven't received word from Nintendo/Game Freak regarding a Wi-Fi Event in Gen 5 based on the game itself.

Any reason why the U.S. and Europe isn't able to download Shiny Rayquaza yet? Japan already got theirs. With every other Wi-Fi Event for Gen 5 they've released them Internationally as usual so I don't understand the problem, did Nintendo USA decide to skip giving us Shiny Rayquaza in favor of Keldeo via going to Gamestop instead? I feel cheated on. I didn't think it would take this long for
a Gen 5 Wi-Fi Event...
 
It's most likely going to come in soon to tie in with Dragons Exalted. Didn't I read that somewhere, or am I just imagining it?
 
The timing is a little off. In Japan, Nobunaga's Ambition and the Dragon sets in the TCG came out at about roughly the same time. In the US, those dates were separated by about 3-4 months.

I honestly don't think we've been skipped over; we're just going to get it later. I believe Boddy's correct.
 
Yeah, Japan's Dragon Blade and Dragon Blast sets were released the day before Pokemon Conquest was released in Japan. The Shiny Rayquaza Wi-Fi event began in Japan the same day that Pokemon Conquest was released in Japan. Here in the US, Pokemon Conquest and Dragons Exalted are two months apart.
 
If we were going to get it, wouldn't it have already been announced on the EX site like Mewtwo and Darkrai were?
 
We missed our chance with that one, so probably not. Game Freak's really dropped the ball with international events lately, not only have we missed the shiny Rayquaza, but we also missed the shiny Hydreigon/Golurk event as well. DAMMIT GAME FREAK I WANT MY SHINIES!

Game Freak? I think TPCi is the one in charge of our events.

Fine then TPCi. Either way, we've missed several events in the last year or so that had no reason not to be released internationally.
 
Guess I'll have to migrate a Rayquaza to Gen 5 then, still very disappointing on Game Freak's part not to release those Wi-Fi Events outside Japan. Think this shows that Game Freak/Nintendo doesn't care that much about the Pokemon video games anymore or something?

They skip giving us Shiny Rayquaza and Hydreigon/Golurk just to give us a Keldeo instead at Gamestop? I guess I COULD download Keldeo onto my Black Version but I don't get why they couldn't allow players to download it at home like they did with the recent Darkrai, Mewtwo, and Arceus Events. I dunno Keldeo seems like a ripoff of Rainbow Dash from MLP.

I actually completely forgot about the Hydreigon/Golurk thing, which is a shame because I was awaiting it anxiously.
welp, time to go mooch off my friends with Japanese games

I think what it shows is that they don't care about foreign Pokemon fans.

To be fair, the shiny Hydreigon/Golurk event isn't relevant anymore, it was meant to tie in with the 14th movie. We got the Reshiram/Zekrom event late, so that's probably why. But still, I would've rather had the shinies, since we could just as easily get Reshiram/Zekrom when BW2 came out.

Keldeo can't be a ripoff of anything from MLP:FiM, since it was created before the series started.
 
Remember, back in 2010, we didn't get Goon's Scizor either.
There's a pattern:
Except Ash's Pikachu, every Pokemon that's owned by another trainer in a movie or spin-off game hasn't been released outside Japan or Korea.
Goon's Scizor, Ash's Scraggy,
Shiny Hydregion, Shiny Golurk, Nobunga's Shiny Rayquaza.
 
Guys cool it. If you want these Pokemon try other forums. You can always trade for a clone from someone like I did. If you want them from me I will be happy to get them cloned for you. PM me if anyone wants these Pokemon and I will get them cloned or try to get them cloned. This is why I am on 6 boards now XD.:)

Yes, because we can obviously get US and Europe versions of events that were never released in those areas just by going to forums. Of course.

Anyhow, however much I'd like to see these, with what Teeboy pointed out, it doesn't seem very likely. I guess they just prefer releasing the stuff that isn't as important here -_-

It's less about whether or not it's available and more about the principle of being passed over for particular events. I can live with the fact that Japan gets more events than we do, some of them are only relevant there (like when they hold events for opening a new train station/airport/etc.), but the ones like the shiny Hydreigon/Golurk which aren't really specific to Japan (since we all saw the 14th movie) have no reason not to be made international events. Especially rare and valuable Pokemon like event Pokemon or otherwise unavailable species, or shinies.

I don't see any reason why we can't get the events that applied just as nicely over here. We got the movie but we got neither of the shinies. We got Conquest but no Rayquaza. This is absolutely ludicrous. I don't mind waiting for a pony just so long as I can get the events that matter.

...Gamefreak, bunch of self-serving jerks...

The best thing we can do is just trade for the Japanese version for now and get ours if they do release it in our neck of the woods XD.:)

Oh ok. If you guys don't have the Japanese versions PM me and I will do my best to get them cloned. Goon's Scizor is on my Diamond so I have to get that cloned on 4th gen before I have it transferred with someone. Could take me a week just to do the transferring. Only if you guys need the events. If not that's fine. Don't worry about offering anything as these I can do for free XD.:) If you want to offer something that is cool too XD.:)
 
Seems like it might be hard to trade English Events for Japanese Events since they seem much harder to get ahold of via Wi-Fi Trade. I've seen some of what people have in their Trade Shops on Serebii and the stuff that they ask for not very many people have and If they do have them then they are pretty lucky to get ahold of them.

Not to be mean, but who wants to get them cloned? I don't even want the Japanese ones. I want and an official English event here in the USA.
And, cloning is NOT legit. Can't even be used in official tournaments.
