BW/BW2 No Shiny Rayquaza Wi-Fi Event for U.S. and Europe?

Does it really matter? As far as they know, it's a cool, different looking Pokemon that they can't get anywhere else. That's reason enough for them to go out and get one.

Which is why I said there's some reason why Goon's Scizor, Ash's Scraggy, Shiny Hydreigon and Golurk were only distributed in Japan and Korea.

That's probably why, then, it wasn't seen until the end of the game.

I'm pretty sure it all ties in within time restraints, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say we won't get the black Rayquaza event, especially due to the long period of time that has passed. This is also why we didn't get Goon's Scizor, nor the shiny Golurk/Hydreigon.

Well that explains why we won't be getting them now, but not why we didn't get them back when they were relevant. Why was there no shiny Rayquaza when Conquest came out? Why was there no Golurk/Hydreigon around when the 14th movie aired? Hell, we just barely got the Reshiram/Zekrom event for that movie. TCPi really dropped the ball with events this year.
