NON-SHINEY GARDEVOIR - FAKE? Power keeprs set.

Hey everyone,

I bought a set of power keepers cards and the gardevoir 9/108 i think, isn't shiney. Bulbapedia says it should be and it is grouped in with all of the other shiney cards of this set. There are several other shiney cards after it. Nowhere is shiney on this card (not holo or reverse holo). Could someone tell me why this could be? Is it fake? It doesn't really look fake, the writting looks fine, the colours look fine, the back looks fine.

The Gardevoir is probably not fake (at least with the info provided). The Mind Game theme deck came with a Dusclops as the holo, and a Gardevoir as a normal rare. They did practically this exact same thing in platinum, where they released the Gardevoir in the structure deck as a rare, when it normally comes as a holo.
