• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

    When posting in a thread, be sure to explain all your suggestions thoroughly. Additionally, do not ask for advice in another member's thread.

hey pokebeach peeps
im new to pokemon and after 2 months of playing i have decided on running the truth for my first citys in a few weeks, just looking for and tips on how to make my deck run better and smoother, anyway here it is

donphan because eelektrik/zekrom and magnezone decks are big
kyurem and SEL because donpahn/machamp decks are making a comeback
SEL and reshiram are for 6C
Zekrom for yanmega which is still around but not as big
and cobalion for vanilluxe decks

Im not sure but is your stragity to try to have type advantige so u can take out popular strong decks?
 
yup thats pretty much it, type advantage for 2+ pokemon and then just hard hitters after that

You only need 1 Pichu with 3 Collector.
My slogan : You can never have too many Cobalions.
 
I'd keep only one cobalion. During testing, I never used it much. But, it's pretty good, so keep one.
