A few things in that thread were a problem because of the comments on Synergy's post. Synergy decided to bring up an inappropriate topic. (Has to do with touching a certian part of the body) I don't think responding to what he was talking about as ":O that totally is soooooooo g**" is appropriate. What if a person you said that to really was? I don't think that would make them feel very good. Also, you should try to stay out of things like that when they come up. Or at least respond to them a bit more carefully next time. I know it's used as a slang term, but it's not a term you should use in that way here.

It's interested how putting it in context makes their case even worse. Don't worry, I won't make you explain why you only gave +2, though.

I agree with the warning. It could be insulting to people, same with "person" or other rude remarks.

Yeah, I also got to see Synergy's inappropriate post. I have also commaded evreyone not to write those stuffs again. Don't worry, next time I make a thread, I will make sure that this doesn't happen again.

I think it's safe enough to lock up this thread. Even if you consider that you shouldn't be warned for inappropriate language, it was indeed not needed in a discussion.

To be on the safe side, consider anything that doesn't address the topic, but views the person or his/her idea in a negative light, it can easily be considered offensive.

lol, using that word in the sense that it means happy is almost never used anymore therefore it was most probably thought that you meant the other meaning or just the slang so it is understandable tbh >.<
