I had a Sigilyph on my team while battling Marshal. Sigilyph is incrediby fast, so I was pretty good. If Sigilyph couldn't handle something, I had Samurott and Haxorus to help.
for marshal i just over powered him. my serperior just tanked through half his team then i cleaned up with reshirams fly/dragon pulse. if you cant get a weakness just out power him and try to OHKO/2HKO every time. they arnt that hard but marshal is a butt to beat
Thanks everybody. I probably won't change my team as of now. I just need to train them to at least 51. Just one more question, what is a good place to train Litwick? He's my only underleveled pokemon (39) and he dosen't have the best moveset. I need to evolve him to Lampent. The only good thing about him is that Wil-O-Wisp + Hex= OHKO. Anyways, where should I train my Litwick for the E4?
For Reshiram: You have to catch it. If you kill it, it regenerates. Once you catch it, you have the option to add it to your party. Regardless of whether or not you add it, you skip to the N fight.
For level-grinding before the Elite Four: The entrance to route 10. Just keep riding your bicycle back and forth until you see a shaking patch; run in so you find an Audino (if you don't you can kill whatever it is), who gives OUTRAGEOUS high exp. The best part about Litwick is that you can Willowisp Audino and sit back (without having to switch), and then just wait until the burn kills it. With a Lucky Egg held, you'll probably get 5000 exp a pop (or more). Repeat until he's the level you want.
Litwick evolves at level 41 to Lampent, and you can evolve it whenever you want after that to Chandelure, but I'd recommend seeing if you have all the moves you want on it before evolving.

Woohoo! EdgarAllan the Litwick is now a Lampent! I'm too lazy to update my banner and I don't really have a Fraxure. I'm just looking for one. Those things are IMPOSSIBLE to find in Victory Road. FYI, I looked at Lampent's moves on Serebii, I'm going to teach it Shadow Ball, maybe TM a move, and then evolve it. Also, where do you get a Dusk Stone?

Yep, Audino's are the Chansey's of this generation LOL. They have so much defense.
