You played Legos, Amt? ;] Mirror matchups are insanely hard with SP. x_x Tough luck, besides that.

I did pretty good with it, I think. I went 3-2. I lost to Feraligatr/Bronzong, couldn't draw any supporters until about T4/5. Then I lost to mirror in a well played match. :D

Amt: Sorry I had to go and ruin your top cut chance. 5th with 4-1. Stupid TOM paring me down. If we had top 8 we'd be in the finals for sure :p. Legos=BDIF, well maybe Dialga lock is better....
 
It is when you're playing Toxitank against a lock deck, or Toxi vs. Toxi. Never-ending stall wars. Mirrors are hard.

Yes, I played Palkia G / Mesprit / Dialga G. I refuse to call it "Legos" seeing as how that is a stupid name. I like PLOC, better.

Anyway, yeah, I played against ChaosKnuckles at the tournament (him using PLOC too), and I've gotta say it was probably the most fun match I've had this season.
 
where the heck did legos come from anyways ;/ i'm playing dialga G+techs this weekend (no palkia G) i think it's a pretty good choice, i have yet to lose with it so far (7-0) and it's actually FUN to use (much more than boring last year..) so i hope to do well with it :)

Who on PokeBeach won States yet? I have mine this Saturday.

PLOC was made to be a play on PLOX. I always thought PLOX ment Power LOX, so I thought since we were power canceling instead(Mespirit). And since Palkia is the main guy in the deck, why not call it PLOC. Its a stupid name, but every time we were talking about it people were like. PLOC? You know PLOX(or GG) isn't good anymore? And we were like lol.

EDIT: PokeMaster619 I got 5th cause TOM kept pairing me down -_- Tip to all of you people going to states: DON"T LOSE YOUR FIRST ROUND, cause if you do you greatly hurt your chances of making top cut.
 
I agree with losing the first round is bad. You have bad resistance during the rest of the tourney because you face low resistant players for a long way during swiss.

Donkpardos? That deck can be good, but G has to give it it's all to find it's way around it.
 
In my opinion, Ramp beats G every time unless the ramp has poor setup, and G has good setup.
 
Well, I did some testing on Red Shark. Against my G deck, Rampardos has 55% chance of winning with swarm.

Power Spray does ruin the set up.
 
That is where my ramp deck comes in handy, I have a secret rouge that goes with it.

Anyways, My States always does Top 16. Which sucks. And I heard California States is one of the hardest ones in the USA, which sucks even more.
 
why is t16 bad? it means you can still get in with a 4-2. although if you are already 6-0/5-1 t8 cut is much better.
 
I have states here in Illinois this Saturday. I'll be using my Tyranitar/Weavile/Darkrai combination that has been working well for me lately. The only thing is I just got a Darkrai LV.X which might complicate the strategy I'm used to, so hopefully I can get enough practice in the next couple days.
