That's because there's no other notable seniors around here anymore. I actually forgot about Joey (he's pretty good) but other than that I can't think of anyone in particular. Everyone else aged up.

The same as what? We won't know any meta until the first round on Saturday.

And I mean expected. Seriously hoping there isn't like 30% Klinklang. Am not prepared. Do not like.

If you're talking about things so expect, I'd say TONS and TONS of Darkrai and Blastoise. It'll change the 2nd week depending on what does and doesn't do well.

Expect a lot of Klinklang, Darkrai and Keldeo. After looking at a couple of leagues I bounce around to, those decks seemed to be most popular. I saw more Klinklang and Darkrai than Keldeo though.

Oh, right, that'd be Tier 1, and therefore should be a given. It's not like the meta is going to vary so much based on geographic location, as Michigan/most of Indiana/some southern players will most likely attend.


Will personally be there in Seniors (I'm Michigan, not Ohio, for the record), would like to think we're not all bad now that Henry/Ty/Adler/etc have moved up!

Me too. I am selling a bunch tomorrow, should be there an hour before registration. Going to be meeting up with like 5 people.
I will be the man who looks like a high-school senior nerd. :/

Anyway, bringing my binders tomorrow for some sales and stoof, if you need to borrow any smaller trainers, come see me!

Darkrai Dusknoir: You can't win without Dusknoir. Doesnt help when it is prized or you get T3 donked by Eels.

Gotta be hard winning when you engine is a Stage 2 that is weak to Dark.

Anyway, any data as to what made Top Cut in all divisions?
 
Top 16 in Masters was overrun with Big Basics+Garbodor, with at least six players piloting it. 1st place went to Chris Desrocher defeating Dustin Zimmerman in a mirror match.
Top 16 in Seniors was a lot more varied with Rayeels, Big Basics, Plasmaklang+Cobalion, a couple Darkrai+lasers and a random quad Sigilyph (lol...) The finals were between Austin H with PlasmaKlang+Cobalion and Christopher S and his Big Basics. Christopher S won the final match and was declared OH State champion of 2013.

See, I knew this week would be all Garbodor. I should have run Articuno Garbodor. But no, NO ONE had a scramble switch for sale or trade there. :/

6 of the MI players (Master/Senior mix) brought similar Garbador lists. Seniors T8, Seniors win, 3 Masters T8's and the Masters win. None of us did worse than T8.

Too bad it's dead at this point.
