I can see Mismagius being a force in standard IF post rotation 2018 is nice to it. We need to see more psychic support, because, frankly, there is none. If zoroark continues to wreak havoc we would have an about even matchup (they usually can't attach DCE but get easy prizes when they can), but like I said we have to see what support psychic receives and how rotation affects everything.
People usually uses ranger these days tho.
