Do I have a question about okidogi. Does the effect of the ability apply to tms? And if I have a basic fighting energy and a luminous energy attached, can I use good punch ?

1rst part, I believe it does work like that, but I'm not sure 100%.
2nd part, yes, you will be able to attack for only 2 energies. the special provides both the fighting and darkness requirement at the same time. but only give one energy slot at a time.

If it makes any sense xD

1st part: The effect of the Ability applies to TMs. Notice the distinction between "the attacks it uses" on Okidogi and "an attack it has" on Dipplin from the same English AND Japanese set.

If you have a basic Fighting Energy and a Luminous Energy attached to Okidogi, you can indeed use the move "Good Punch." Luminous Energy can count as any type of energy, but only one type at a time. So, in this case, it can fulfill the requirement for the Fighting Energy needed to use "Good Punch".

ah..that now makes sense. so you can't use to power up Snorlax in one go.

Just to note, it is not only one type. The wording on Luminous is kind of misleading, but it provides one energy that counts as ALL types at once.
The Tinkaton from Paradox Rift has:
Cost - [P] Alloyed Hammer 60+
If this Pokémon has any [M] Energy attached, this attack does 120 more damage.
The ruling is that it does 180 with only one Luminous Energy attached https://compendium.pokegym.net/category/3-attacks/alloyed-hammer/
