I'm coming back to play after a long downtime. I was wondering what the current top 2-3 decks are for standard league play. If you have links to a list that would also be appreciated. I'm going to have to buy all new cards. Thanks in advance

PokeBeach has a nice 'Metagame Deck Discussion', which lists decks in their tiers. Tier 1 decks are considered top decks at the moment, although Tier 2s are up there as well.
