I have an Adamant Charmander with Blaze lv1 from Japan no idea what IVs look like but I haven't touched it. What level are the Gastly?

i have a bunch at level 1 and the ones ive been using to breed at lvl 42 male and 48 female
id totally be up for a charmander not really too concerned about IV's for anything other than the gastly honedge and tyrunt
also got a LOT of other gastly's of different levels 20-40 that have 4iv's or 5 iv's of diff types like all but def or all but s.def etc.. from back when i was making my existing 2 breeders
