Alright so I have a Pikachu* with a small 1cm crease on the tail area that can't really be seen unless you look closely if you're interested. Otherwise the Darkrai Cresselia Legend I'd do if you threw in just one more thing?

Eh, how bad is the dent in the card? Is there whitening on the back edges and are there any scratches on the surface? Thanks. I'd rather just do the DC Legend for both stars.

The dent isn't that bad and there are scratches on the surface that have been there since I pulled the card but you can't really see them... and I would prefer the Legend and Pika * for both which is a better deal for you since the latios * is worth a lot more than the legend set and with the celebi * that should be more than enough in value for both.
