Indeed, but none let you specifically battle a level 80 Arceus. The whole Azure Flute event is needed to round out the last bit of the Sinnoh story, the part Cynthia hints at in Platinum.

Arceus was only available one time per country. After the Movie/Toys"R"US Arceus, Arceus never repeated in any country in Generation 4....D;
