Translations:
Minccino – Colorless – HP60
Basic Pokemon

[C] Tickle: 10 damage. Flip a coin. If heads, your opponent is now Paralyzed and you’re in trouble.

Weakness: Fighting (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1

Cinccino – Colorless – HP90
Stage 1 – Evolves from Minccino

[C] Huge Request: Choose 2 cards from your discard pile, show them to your opponent, and ask your opponent if you may put them in your hand. If your opponent says yes, put the cards in your hand. If your opponent says no, return the cards to your discard pile and do 80 damage to the opponent’s Active Pokemon.

Weakness: Fighting (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1

Gladion – Trainer
Supporter

Look at your face-down Prizes cards, choose 1 of them, and switch it with this Gladion. Put the card you chose in your hand. Then, shuffle Gladion and the Prize cards you looked at and return them face-down as Prize cards.

You may play only 1 Supporter card during your turn (before your attack).

STRATEGY: Your opponent essentially chooses whether to take the damage, or let you set-up (note: I don't play expanded right now, I don't know anything about the meta. Other than Night March, that is.)

interesting idea, but you absolutely need to take advantage of level ball if youre going run this in expanded

just so you know, the energy does matter(not much but still), psychic energy for garbodor just in case, fire/fighting for scorched earth, or fairy for fairy garden, ect
I don't have space for stadiums and, even in the worst case scenario I would never use Offensive Bomb
