ORAS Overview Trailer! [9/3]

So I guess Wailmer is gonna be the new Lapras since the surfing sprite showed a Wailmer. Also those figurines trump the EB games ones.
One of the things that actually intrigued me the most was the little Pikachu tail sticking out of the grass in that one scene.
You also notice the player doing a creeping type of motion, as if to sneak up on it. This seems like a new mechanic entirely. Is it the new Safari Zone maybe? Does it work for all Pokemon, or just Pikachu? Interested to find out.

Well, that was EPIC! Wonder what the place @ 2:50 is (has a Gold/Silver vibe), sadly, can't relate/remember it from the original.
That Pikachu in the grass was super intriguing. Your idea, Zielo, of it being the new Safari Zone is pretty cool.

Everything about this was amazing.
I think 2:50 is one of the transitional bridges between E4 rooms that were in the originals. Where is 2:54 (Mega Lopunny vs Banette) at, though?

So, I was getting the games regardless, and taking the whole week of Thanksgiving off work to play them, but after that trailer.... after that trailer I am seriously hyped!
I was never that fond of the digital sounding trumpets *SHOT*, but the upgraded soundtrack sounds amazing!
The graphical upgrades of various areas shown were incredible as well, and the water... dat F***ING water. Diving areas look legit as well. At this point, I dont even care if the game were a total carbon copied remake, it looks like a whole damn new adventure to me!

Even the meteor Falls look like RS (they were purple in Emerald)!

Amazing trailer and love the graphics!
When diving I saw some Corsola swim in the background so that was pretty nice to see. I always liked the idea of seeing Pokémon move around in the actual world rather than just battles and I hope we'll see similar things on land someday. It doesn't seem like we're getting Pokémon to follow us sadly. Speaking of which.. What was that Pikachu doing in the grass? The way the character was sneaking up on him he was probably trying to catch it. It might have just been one of those things where a trainer lost their Pikachu and you have to help them find/catch it. I hope it's something more original, though.
