It is called the Relocater and the model doesn't matter

Castilia city and It is in the Top floor of the Name rater's house and no you can do it the first time you go to Castilia

You save then turn you game off. When you reboot scroll down the main menu and click Relocater ( I think it is underneath Mystery Gift ) the you hit start.
After you hit start on you DS/DSi with White or Black you turn on your Other DS/DSi. Once that is on you go to DS download and download Pokemon White or Black. Everything else should be self-explanatory

Yes you need 2 DS/DSis

If it is cloned from the event one then yes

so it cant be traded regularly it has to be done through relocator so does that mean u would have to trade it to my platinum version and i transfer it using relocator to my black version

U said u were gonna clone ur celebi when u got Ur AR tonight so I assumed u were gonna trade me the clone u made to me for something is there anything else u might want I'm not saying I'm not gonna trade it i have other shinys I just need to update my shinys
