Strategy:
So basic strategy here: full boar! The deck doesn't care if it gets hurt, as a matter of fact, it welcomes pain. Frozen city hurts everyone, while helping my outrage's get stronger. Everyone runs off 2 or 1 colorless, so I attach where I see fit, and don't need to attach every turn most of the time. Enhanced hammers help in my lugia matchups. Garbodors here to be a general pain in the butt, while Raichu kills a lot of stuff. I have many weaknesses covered (water, fire, leaf, and electric), so Yveltal and Genesect decks need to beware, as does Blastoise. I have an ER as well as catchers, so I can (hopefully) pull pieces out and destroy them when I need to.

Should be a fun deck! Any thoughts would be great

Tried the deck in 3 games.... super fun! Lost game 1 due to dead drawing early against massed bouff's, game 2 I won against an aromatisse tech deck (6-1), game 3 against Garbo/Yveltal EX it was neck and neck, but his enhanced hammers messed me up and left Kyurem hanging after killing a yveltal... Game went 13 rounds, with it ending 6-5 after he got a gym out to prevent my raichu almost one shotting his yveltal ex. Great deck, lots of fun! Still missing a few cards tho
 
Use Rainbow Energy in here to make outrage even more powerful. Also, I can't say I understand the Raichu line; why not just run Zekrom? It would give you a lot more space in here.
 
Raichu is my response to all the Yveltal decks running around, which seems to work pretty well. Forces them to think about whether or not to bring an EX to the front when 2 raichus are benched and filled up :) Zekrom was an idea, but he suffers the same issue as the others in that if he gets 1 shotted, hes kaput (and his damage output sucks unless my gyms out or my opponent hits me with weaker stuff)
 
Interestingly enough, I too Leafeon (PF) in several of my decks as an alternate attacker. But, I'm also finding that Flareon (PF) has made a big difference in certain match-ups too. So, I'd suggest reducing your Raichu line to just 2-2 for another Eevee and a Flareon (PF).

Also, given your deck operates more effectively when you have a full bench, I'd also suggest replacing 2 Shauna for 2 Colress. In doing so, you may be able to reduce your Evosoda count to 3.

I need an ACE spec for it.

That said, I think Flareon has a place for sure. I'm not liking Kyurem EX in here, hes so clunky compared to the rest, and hurting my own EX to fuel him isn't a great idea. Had a few close games because of it when it shouldn't have been so close. I do want to find a good sub for a water-type to combat all the new fire decks running around though. Otherwise, loving this deck to death so far!
