That is the answer, but it was for a different reason: not being suitable for a novice keeper (on the tarantula shop I use, the other 3 are listed as docile, while the cobalt blue is listed as pure evil).

c) Water Gun
d) Hydro Pump

Guessing d) Hydro Pump.
I think it's a newer move, but not sure.

Yep. I am also using Azumarill in Emerald.
