Hey guys! I'm making a new deck. Please help!

Pokèmon: 23

3-3 Lucario CoL
2-2 Plakia G Lv.X PL
2-2 Honchkrow SV
2 Uxie LA
1 Azelf LA
4 Mesprit LA
2 Chatot G SV

T/S/S: 23

2 Bench Shield
3 SSU
3 Pokèmon Communication
2 E-Belt
1 Luxury Ball
1 Palmer's Contribution
2 Bebe's Search
2 Fisherman
3 PONT
4 Lost World

Energy: 14
4 {F} Energy
2 {C}{C} Energy
3 SP {D} Energy
5 {W} Energy

Strategy:
I start whit Riolu or Palkia G. Then, I fill up my bench whit Uxie, Azelf, Mesprit or chatot. Then, I level up my Palkia G and evolve my Riolu. After that, i use Palkia's Lost Cyclone power and fill up the bench.
I have 4 Lost World to win the game easy (HOPEFULLY WIN THE GAME :))

I would really drop the Lost Worlds if I were you. A large amount of Pokemon you're going to be sending to the lost zone are going to be your own and what it seems to me that you're trying to do is power up Lucario's first attack and use that to knock out Pokemon. If you're really looking for a deck that wins using Lost World, you should be playing LostGar.

I am a little bit iffy about those Lost Worlds too. Some friends told me that this deck didn't gave any sense whitout Lost World...

you are trying to lost zone both players pokemon! you should either go with lost world and add in gengar OR you should take out honchkrow if all you are using for him is his pokepower. Don't take him out if you are using him for a counter to sp and gengar(both vilegar and lostgar). you have got a large range of energy so if you want to use palkia g's attacks then drop some of the others, if you are mainly using lurario's attack and use palkia g as a back up then drop the water energy down to 2-3 rainbow energys and max out on the double colorless energys. other than that great list!!!

You don't need 4 Lost World. 2 are plenty. The idea is to only play it when you can win the game, so drawing into it shouldn't be a concern. Also, I'm not sure how helpful Honchkrow will be. I understand that you want to fill your opponent's bench with Pokemon to LZ, but Honchkrow has you search the opponents discard pile for Pokemon, whereas it seems like the rest of the deck is made to send Pokemon directly from the bench to the LZ.
If you put up a scan of Lucario CoL, I might be able to help you further. I only have a vague idea of what his attack does. Obviously something to do with putting Pokemon into the LZ....

Either 20+ 20x, 20 +10x, or 20x the # of Pokemon in YOUR Lost Zone (Or maybe both) for two Colorless Energy. Its other attack is useless, I guess, I'm not quite sure what it does.

Or you could just look it up. >_>
It does 30 damage plus 20 more damage for each Pokemon in your Lost Zone.

^ I believe it is a PokeBeach rule that you have to provide scans for cards that aren't on PokeBeach. It's just consideration for those that are trying to help you.
@Pokemunkulys: Wait what? *Head spins*
