Party Rock Anthem.

Never heard of it. I miss the old Musical Discussion thread.

I listened to it just for the hell of it. The song is just another generic repetitive autotuned pop song.
 
If I were you, I'd post this in the Chillax Zone Casual Discussion Thread.
Anyway, my opinion on the song is that it's a bit cheesy, but generally catchy and quite good to listen to at high volume. I like the 'Everyday I'm Shuffling', but it doesn't fit in with the song.

The song is really good, it's really techno and auto tune.
 
Same. Never heard of it. I don't listen to techno anyways though.

The beat is catchy and my favorite part is the last part when he says shuffling but it's all like cut up.
 
I think the song is... Just OK. I don't have a link, but did you see the interview with them? One of them sounded REALLY drunk/high. It was weird!
 
I don't think that it's actually too bad, but you hit the nail on the head - autotune galore. I really prefer stuff like electronica and grime to this, but it's still catchy and good to listen to once in a while. I'm amazed that you guys have never heard of it - it's by an American and yet it was Number 1 for about 3 weeks in the UK.

I do not like it. I prefer Dance Floor Anthem. It has more favourable singing compared to this anthem.
 
I like the song as a party song, but not something to go out of my way to listen to. I learned the dance with my brother and we're planning on doing it if either of us doing at least moderately well at nats lol

fun fact (98% sure it's true) about LMFAO (the group that did party rock anthem): one dude is the uncle of the other dude, but they're about the same age.
 
This song reminds me of when I tried to learn how to shuffle a few months ago. I'm still trying and they make it look so easy. I love Electro-Pop crossovers, so I've been listening to it for a while.
